Tasting notes:

• Color: bright citrine, clear and vibrant appearance.

• Aroma: Fresh and intense aromas of white fruits, with citrus and minty notes, typical of the Encruzado variety.

• Palate: Fresh with good volume and structure. Balanced acidity and minerality provide a persistent and elegant finish.

Harmonization:

Ideal with seafood and more elaborate fish dishes or seasoned white meats. It pairs well with buttery or dry cheeses.
