Since 1890 - Family Project of Generations
Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Alentejo Coast, in the village of Vale das Éguas in the municipality of Santiago do Cacém. Since 1890, our family project has been passed down from generation to generation, currently managed by the 4th and 5th generations: Isabel and her son Luís Lufinha Mota Capitão. The knowledge, transmitted through generations, strengthened by values, ethics, responsibility, and respect for humanity and nature, gives rise to this heritage that identifies us as a family. We are wine artisans, respecting the authenticity of our terroir, which results in wines with personality, respect for the environment, and low chemical intervention.”
