Aromas4U Red Trescalo 2023

Aromas4U Trescalo Red is the expression of a place, of a landscape marked by terraces, schist and tradition.

The vineyard
Plots of vines located on the steep slopes of the Pinhão river, at an altitude between 150 and 400 meters, with poor and schist soils. Low productivity, resulting in grapes of high concentration and quality.

Grape Varieties: Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz
The wine ages in second and third year French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense ruby.

Aroma: Complex aroma, with floral notes combined with red and wild berries, hints of spices (nutmeg and clove). Reveals nuances of rockrose and menthol, which give it freshness.

Palate: On the palate, it surprises with its balanced acidity, concentration and fine, silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with great elegance.

Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany white meats, red meats, grilled dishes, Italian cuisine, sushi or medium intensity cheeses.
