Whole cluster-fermented Moscatel Graúdo grapes, grown in a north-facing vineyard, in the cool climate of Palmela, on the Setúbal peninsula, south of the Tejo.
Gold medal at the 2025 annual competition of the Portuguese Sommeliers Association.

Fermentation and post-fermentation skin maceration for 2 months in 200-liter clay amphorae, with further aging for 6 months in amphora.

Adega Belem is a small urban winery located inside an old car workshop in the Belem neighborhood of Lisbon. The winery specializes in premium, minimum-intervention wines made from indigenous Iberian grape varieties in batches of 500 to 2500 bottles. We advocate an artisan approach that is oenologically sophisticated and wines with a distinctive personality and an undeniable deliciousness factor.
