Adega Belém Encruzado Sparkling Extra Brut 2021 is a vibrant and deeply mineral wine, with high acidity, low alcohol content, and intense character. Produced using the classic method, made with Encruzado grapes grown in the warm climate of the Tapada da Ajuda vineyard, in Lisbon.

Traditional method with 20 months of maceration on the lees and manual disgorgement. Extra Brut.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Lemon-yellow color 

Aroma: Intense and expressive, revealing notes of orange blossom, ripe apricot and bitter orange.

Palate: Fine and elegant perlage, voluminous and structured, with a very present (vibrant) acidity and good unctuousness. Persistent, fresh finish and mineral character.
